I have stayed in some discount hostels but this was the first time I was denied toilet paper. He said since we had the affordable hostel that toilet paper wasn&'t included. He proceeded to get very rude and defensive and yelled at us across the hostel lobby. Later we asked for the no cost tea and he said nothing but no and stomped back to his chair. Rooms clean enough but d they r too affordable to give you toilet paper then it makes u wonder how often the sheets are cleaned!

If you are on a strict budget and know what you are getting into, it&'s ok. - it has a really nice location in the middle of amman - it is really cheap

The owner of the Hotel is such an friendly and helpful person! I felt like at home there. he served us the hole day tea, organized our bus to the border to Israel, showed us exactly where we can eat cheap. . one of the nicest employees i have ever had in an Hotel/Hostel.

The man at the reception was extremely very friendly and helpful but with extremely basic knowledge of english. there was warm water and television within the room.

Extremely helpful staff, I have never been to a hostel where the staff has been this friendly and helpful. everyone who goes to Amman should take a look at this place

Great location + good setting + super friendly employees ! Couldn&'t find anyone nicer than the owner of this hotel. Anyone who has been to Jordan might expertise &"foreigner cost &" for food, drink, transport, tour. but the owner will not charge you extra for that. Tea, all you can drink(it&'s free)! Large large local breakfast! And also the most of all is hospitality! I definitely will come back again and highly suggest to all the travelers!

Lovely place, the owner couldn&'t have been far more nice and helpful. Internet was fast but was only available inside the day. Breakfast was extremely good.
