As soon as I arrived the hostel employees were extremely warm and friendly and helpful, they offered me a drink on their rooftop patio that overlooks the town and hills of Petra. The hostel is situated a mere 300m from the bus station, 200m from the main traffic circle (downtown Wadi Musa), and a decent walk to/from Petra. Inside the mornings they offered an excellent breakfast before providing transport to the entrance of Petra. They also offer you lunch boxes to take with you during the day and dinner at the hostel for when you come back. If you want to travel elsewhere or go on another trip they will help you book and plan it, at the same time as calling taxis in case you need one. The rooms are straightforward but adequate with hot water especially inside the morning and evenings. There is Wi-Fi inside the lobby, at the same time as in some of the rooms.

Staff were amazingly helpful, went out of their way to get us inexpensive taxis and the top contacts for the rest of our trip, and provided an outstanding packed lunch for 3. 50 JD for us to take into Petra. Breakfast was included and we could have it at anytime - on the morning we left for Petra at 7am, he packed it up for us to take with us as he wouldnt be there to serve it! Extremely close to eating places and about a 20 minute walk to the Petra site, or a 1JD taxi cab ride. Has an awesome roof terrace overlooking the town and mountains.
