Very friendly family run guesthouse. Breakfast was included in the room-rate and was excellent. Owner has family connections in Vietnam which made arrangeing visa's, flights and acccomodation in Hanoi (our next destination) really easy. We almost certainly paid a little a lot more for the service, but it was hassle free.

The room was extremely beautifully decorated. I also really liked the fact that there was an enclosed shower stall in the bathroom (instead of a wet bathroom with just a shower head sticking out of the bathroom wall. ) The employees was friendly and spoke English well. The free breakfast was also delicious and they gave a lot of food. I also had to reduce the number of nights that I stayed at the hotel from three to two. I contacted the employees by e-mail prior to my arrival, and they made the switch with no trouble or service charge.

Exellent hotel within the great location. Rooms, really very good breakfast. The employees were helpful and really friendly and we really happy to be there, we extremely recommend this boat also.

The staff were totally remarkable - nothing was too much trouble. We were made to really feel like portion of the family. It is family run and they are outstanding hosts, just fabulous.
