Silent quarter, isn&'t present extraneous noise. No cost parking in a court yard or next street.

Not too near to the centre => enough no cost parking space. Also very near to a large marketplace (Rimi) for doing your groceries. They had 4 beds, so we were able to sleep there with 4 instead of 2 for an additional 5 euros in total, woohoow!
