It is so close to the airport (AirAsia Terminal) as nicely as Tanjung Aru Beach exactly where you can expect a lovely sunset.

Location is so perfect! Round the corner from Air Asia terminal and max 15mins in between walk n bus into town (1MR)! All the employees really friendly. especially Ricky (ask him about Sunset Swim) and Nick!

Excellent location near the airport, warm and friendly staff, and laid back atmosphere. Would suit someone wanting to be near the beach, or those with an early or late flight.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely setting and it looks like they run good tours. They also do activities every single day, like a football game every single Thursday, etc, which is nice.

Its hard for me to fault this guest house as everything was perfect for a backpackers' hangout. The owners Richie and Jessie go all the way out to help me with my needs and their staff are really friendly too. Its a amazing spot to make buddies and I spent my 1st night having dinner with a group of Canadian students. The hawker center which was 5 mins walk from the place was a plus and it was facing Tanjung Aru beach. Great spot to view the sunset. The location of the place which was 10 minutes walk from KKIA T2 was a bonus. Thanks Richie! Will definitely come back again!

Rooms were airy and clean, great relaxation areas one of which had a tv. There is a well equiped kitchen for those who like to cook and although its near the airport there's no disturbance from air traffic. A two minute walk to the beach where there's cheap eating and magnificent sunsets.
