Great extras i. e. no cost filtered water, unlimited breakfast (toast with spreads and coffee). Extremely safe and safe - constant monitoring of computers

Not a lot to be honest. The place could have been so much better by just changing a few little things. Breakfast is one example. Every morning there was only 1 knife for the whole hostel to share (yes that's right 1 knife! ), one morning there was only 4 slices of bread to share between 3 people. So just having better supplies would have made such a difference to our stay. The room we stayed in was more than adequate but we did find much better value elsewhere in the area.

Borneo Gaya Lodge has a huge TV. And, we can watch DVD there. It is the really best thing there. All of the stuff are friendly and kind!

Good location (KK is a small city so everything is walking distance) and exceptional baked buns shop 3 doors down. Double bed comfortable. Air-conditioning dripped consistently and toilets/showers were a tad claustrophobic. Supplied breakfast white toast and jam. No cost drinking water. Small hostel.
