Clean, hot water, A/C, , had a window in the bathroom along with the room unlike several others on the same street that cost more. Great location. Basic usual breakfast included. No problem with 1AM check-in.

Staff were extremely helpful, soon after overnight flight to KL let us check in at 8. 30 am at no extra charge. Position was fab if you&'re just dropping in to kL for shopping as it is smack bang in the middle of chinatown. Breakfast was also extremely good.
