The employees are extremely warm and friendly and helpful. It is located extremely close to the monorail and is easy to find. They have got a well equipped kitchen.

Free wifi, near to monorail (but not the metro - not to be confused), friendly staff, free breakfast, clean rooms, kitchen with basics for cooking. Good for money. Markets, cheap food and stalls just outside. Overbooked us (We booked a private double) so they put us in a 6 bed dorm for free for 1 night.

Great hospitality. We came to KL in a not-so-friendly time, but the employees are very warm and friendly to arrange the beds for us. And I think I can feel this hostel is very safe and quiet.

Very warm and friendly staff. It&'s actually hassle-free. I really like the fact that the free shuttle was really of massive help since I arrived in KL in a not-so-friendly time. The location I should say is not that safe but all is properly because of the warm and friendly staffs.

Very warm and friendly staff. It&'s actually hassle-free. I love the fact that the no cost shuttle was really of massive help since I arrived in KL in a not-so-friendly time. The location I should say is not that secure but all is well because of the warm and friendly staffs.

Location close to monorail station makes it quite straightforward to find. And the staff was really helpful to me.

EVERYTHING! It was just such a nice hostel, good location, literally 5 seconds to the Chow Kit monorail station. It's not in a very touristic location so it's great if you need to see the real KL along with the night markets. The employees were warm and welcoming, the place was spotless and hot showers 24/7! They decorated the corridor with information, posters, and points to do around KL, including bus timetables, prices and eveything you need to know! It was like having a coloured Lonely Planet book enlarged on the walls! I would recommend this hostel to anyone, plus the free internet and a large breakfast is a definite bonus! BEST HOSTEL WE'VE BEEN TO SO FAR, and we've been travelling for 5 months around the world!
