Fantastic hostel! 1) Location was great, it is about 10 minutes from the waterfront (city centre. ) 2) Rooms were clean, of a very good size and beds were comfortable (sheets and towels changed each 4 days) 3) No cost breakfast, tea, coffee and a water cooler 3) The staff was the highlight of the hotel - they were incredibly warm and friendly and gave really very good tips on getting the most out of your trip (we were able to go to the local football stadium and watch a match - authentic culture! )

Free breakfast! They had the standard coffee tea toast and jam, but the fact that served and it was complementary made it so much better. The staff was often at hand and they immediately told you the essential points to know, the sights, exactly where to eat, etc. They even had some organized tours which I recommend. It was definitely worth the money, considering you would be driven around in an air-con car. Airport pick-up--GREATEST THING EVER! They are close to a 7-11, so if it;s late at night and you dont feel like walking 5-10 mins to the 24-hour restaurant by the river, you can just grab something from there. I did that several times. The location is safe, someone often has an eye on the door. They have a computer for the travelers at the same time as wi-fi. There was a nice open area exactly where I was able to work, which is not common in other places that I have stayed at.

This hostel is one of the most effective I have stayed in! Everything was perfect! All the little details that add up to feeling comfortable, at house and happy - absolutely nothing has been neglected in this hostel and all the four staff members work cheerfully and constantly to create customers really feel welcome in every way!

Loved this hostel. All the rooms have a/c (yah! ), exceptionally clean (I&'ve just been watching the cleaning employees turn over a new room - absolutely nothing is missed). Very helpful staff, everything is set up for you (from maps to organised trips, to instructions on how to do it yourself). Washing services are reasonably priced, quick and your clothes come back sparkling. Hot water, plenty of bathrooms, all in all an outstanding stay.

Staff extremely warm and friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to relax, a real house away from home. Common rooms and dorm rooms both extremely clean and comfortable. Free Wi Fi, internet access and printing, free movies, free breakfast. Couldn&'t suggest it more.

The staff was really warm and friendly and was extremely helpful to plan our trip around Kutching. Te spot has a homy environment and clean rooms. Whole day tea or coffee!

Awesome common area, they have DVD&'s inside the chill-out room and even a guitar to play on. Our double room was spacious, clean and had a compfy bed! From the minute we came in we felt this very homey atmosphere! This is a special place - just come here and see yourself! :)
