Really nice common area, superb for meeting others. Plenty of people there relaxing, reading, chatting, watching football, etc. Attracts a great crowd. Toast, jam (lots of flavors), tea, and coffee obtainable all day. The owner, Chris, feels like a friend from the moment you meet him. He can help with advice and calling the various parks and is around all the time. Outstanding aircon inside the large dorm. Really superb place!

Chris (the owner) was wonderful - very warm and friendly && helpful. There was a wonderful common area so it was very straightforward to meet other travelers. Toast, jam, coffee, and tea is available throughout the day.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else, this place is the best. Some places are so impersonal, but at Nomads I Felt like I was portion of the family as soon as I walked inside the door. Its close to everything, clean, secure not to mention that I had so much fun. Chris has created the most fantastic place, he is so genuinely helpful. Do your self a favor & stay there when your in Kuching.

Location and facilities are good, but staff is great! Had a lot of fun with the staff and other guests in this hostel and if I'd go back to Kuching, I'd visit this hostel again for sure. Great place to stay and a real home away from home. Thanks a lot guys!
