It is outside the city but in a noiseless neighborhood. there is certainly a grocery store and restaurant about 3 mins walk clean spot and has free washing and drinking water. |

Fantastic place. Absolutely spotlessly clean, nice new rooms, no cost tea and coffee 24 hours, no cost wireless and one no cost internet terminal, nice little breakfast included. The owners even gave me a no cost lift into town inside the morning. It would be the perfect place in Labuan if it was no |
