It is outside the city but in a noiseless neighborhood. there is certainly a grocery store and restaurant about 3 mins walk clean spot and has free washing and drinking water.

Fantastic place. Absolutely spotlessly clean, nice new rooms, no cost tea and coffee 24 hours, no cost wireless and one no cost internet terminal, nice little breakfast included. The owners even gave me a no cost lift into town inside the morning. It would be the perfect place in Labuan if it was not for the location. Nonetheless an excellent value for money.

This property is near to the airport and also the hostel will pick you up. The group room is large with lockers for the guests. There is certainly air con and fans in the room. There is certainly a cooking area with 24 hour coffee and tea. There is certainly a computer room and wireless. There is certainly satellite TV and an outside patio. You must take a bus into town which is 1RM and goes there regularly. There is certainly a market place and bakery across the street. It was quite with not a lot of travellers because it is the off season. The ferry terminal is in town with regular trips to Brunei and other locations on Borneo.
