Sean and boss are very accommodating. Will take care of your hostel needs and will tell you the ins and outs of Malacca (bus schedules, sites and attractions, etc. ). Sean even offered to pay for my taxi cab ride to Melaka Sentral because I was leaving very early in the morning and there are not a lot of buses in Malacca and I got no much more ringgits with me since I was leaving Malaysia that day. So yeah, treats customers as proper house guests. That&'s commendable.

Best Hostel we have stayed in in Asia. Really clean, really helpful and friendly employees who spoke English well and the location was walking distance to everything.

Most friendly staff of all of the hostels I stayed in our 9-month travel, they went out of their way to make our stay more pleasant. They even bought all of us Malay dinner Friday night. The common room was a very good spot to socialize. Really properly situated - just outside of Chinatown and brief walk to everywhere.

Good location even if outside Chinatowm, it was really near to everything, and quiet. Our room was a little small, but very clean, and cheap. Common area are nice and clean. The greatest thing about the hostel is the staff, so friendly, funny an helpful ! They made our stay better.

Das Hostel ist sehr sauber, liegt zentral und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Schlaafsaal im 1. Stock und Zimmer im 3. Stock, die allerdings keine Fenster haben, was gew&ohnungsbed&urftig ist. Daf&ur gibt es vorne und hinten luftige, helle Aufenthaltsr&aume mit Fenstern.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very secure. Overall good value for money. Very clean.
