Such a nice location to stay, the family are so friendly, stayed here ahead of and will often try to book here if not full. Always feel extremely welcome here. Safe and secure, great location, extremely clean and just a fantastic atmosphere. Silent area, nice cool room.

The location is great, it is inside the calm and green region but still close to the principal street as nicely as the beach. Annie and her household are so warm and friendly and helpful. Made me really feel at home. Setting is great. Highly recommended!

Family was wonderful and extremely helpful. They were so nice and inviting that it became my favorite place to stay in my 5 months of travel. The area was wonderful for me also due to the fact the beach was so close and there was a basketball court right down the street.

As soon as I arrived, exhausted and hungry I was welcomed with a large smile by China, Annie&'s fabulous and friendly son. The following day I had a fantastic time eating a yummy breakfast and conversing with the family and other travellers. It was like we&'d known each other for years even though I&'d only spent the one night. Annie and family are really very warm and special people I will definitely be staying at Annie&'s again inside the future! :)

Right from the beginning we were treated like family. You really really feel like you are at home. Annie, Raj and their children make it so simple to be in Penang. Anything you need to know, just ask them. From cabs, tours, food halls, mini marts, very best beaches etc. They give an honest answer each time.
