We arrived and were told they didn&'t have our reservation, and that they had no room for us at the hotel. However they gave us a room for the night whilst they prepared a 2 bedroom apartment that overlooked the bay! It was awesome, and we nonetheless had all of the facilities at the hotel to enjoy! We were impressed with their eagerness to ensure that our trip was great!
