The location was great, and the rooftop view was awesome. The breakfast was included, we had access to the kitchen and to computers with internet (I wouldn't say "fast access" internet though. ).

The best of this hostel is probably it's location opposite to the cathedral. The view of the rooftop is awesome.

Perfect location and fantastic roof terrace! Nice individuals working there, but unfortuantely the hostal is not well organized, they dont provide tours, the bikes are broken and nobody cares etc. some of the dorm beds were extremely dirty! watch out what you get and tell them if you find it too dirty.

The location was amazing, but everything else was crap. It said bi-lingual employees (thats not true). They were also not friendly and offered no advice on where to go and how to find things. We also got there and was told that we had to pay far more money and their reason was simply that the "price had changed". AND that our full continental breakfast with coffee and tea was not happening as of the 1st August, which is when we arrived so we got cereal and coffee. I would suggest this spot ONLY simply because of the location.

Great location, right on the significant square. Rooms were ok, clean, extremely hot but you do get a fan. Nice breakfast.

It was situated right at the zocalo. The employees were helpful, the atmospher was great.

Good location and nice staff. Would be nice if they actually had hot showers and, if they provided TP in every single stall instead of just on the wall before you enter the stall. All said, it is a wonderful place to stay.
