Friendly owner greeted me nicely even though it was quite late at night. Free internet. Towels and bed linen provided. 15 min walk from bus terminal. Very pleasing atmospere, quiet, felt like a homestay. A few cats around the location - worth considering in case you have allergies.

Basic but ok place. The staff was wery helpfull and all spoke perfekt english. The aircon could not be turnesd off. Close to the largest shopping center in Cancun. 15 min. busride from the god portion of the beach.
