Very clean and excellent value for the price. Great location, around 5mins walk to bus station. It&'s not close to the Hotel Area, exactly where all the holiday people stays and also the items happen, but anyway I didn&'t wanted that, so it suited me.

Rooms are OK, quite massive and with AC. Employees is nice but they speak Spanish only.

They offer free, clean water dispensers on each floor. This location is within the heart of downtown Cancun, really close to the bus station. It&'s directly next door from Mercado 28. The rooms are clean and rather large. Considering the price, this is a great deal.
