Located in down-town so can encounter the real Cancun but only a 10 minute bus ride to the hotel strip. Exceptional atmosphere. Nice outdoor space. Exceptional breakfast.

Clean and 24hr. desk service. Great breakfasts of fresh fruit and authentic Mexican cuisine. Marco gave us the best info ever. Evenings we all sat outside and shared stories of our travels.

Staff was warm and friendly and helpful, especially Marcos. Breakfast was great. including eggs and chorizo and a veggie omlette, along with fruit and fantastic coffee with cloves and cinnamon.

A really warm welcome. As a woman traveling alone the employees went out of their way to create sure my stay was great, I booked for a 10 dorm bed but upon arrival they up-graded me for no cost simply because the room I would have been was full of guys. So nice and not expected! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Room was great, setting laid back and social. Great breakfast inside the morning so much fresh fruit, and they will get up early for you if you have to leave earlier than the normal breakfast time. Definitely all around pleased with this location along with the individuals working there made it even better.

I love love love this hostel. It looks so cool, it was straightforward but really exciting looking, and there was a great rooftop just near our room with a large table exactly where you could sit and relax. the stuff was really nice and helpful. A great location to stay in Cancun!

The staff was extremely friendly and helped us good tours to ruins and off-the-normal-tourist path like Holbox Island that were priced much greater than in case you did online ordering. The no cost breakfast they cooked every day was a large buffet of fruit, omelette dishes and toasts or pancakes, and in case you had to be somewhere earlier than the normal breakfast time of 9 the staff would wake up early and cook for you. The hostel is situated in down-town Cancun which is priced much greater than the expensive Americanized Hotel strip and gives you a little greater picture of Mexican culture, though you really have to travel outside of Cancun to see the true Mexico. Most nights, there is certainly a little party on the roof of the hostel for hostel guests and this was a great way to meet fellow travelers. Rooms were clean, no bugs or any problems, and there was a lot of no cost purified water. The hostel is close to grocery stores too.
