I liked that they provided the sheets and towels and toilet paper and that there is certainly an iron gate that locks and makes the 7 rooms that they have totally safe from outsiders. The managers were helpful and friendly, especially Luis. The lady who worked from early inside the morning until late evening doing the laundry washing was kind enough to let us exchange our salt laden towels after using them at the beach so when we took a nice hot shower we had new clean towels.

Grat value for money. We were just looking for a easy room and got it. Isla mujeres is so nice so didn&'t need accomoadation with lots of facilities. Was 2 minute walk to the beach. The property owner was fantastic and make sure you go to roosters downstairs for breakfast.

We were booked to stay within the 4 bed dorm but were given a private room to ourselves by Susy the host she was fantastic, we didn&'t understand each other because of my little spanish and her little english but we worked around it, and she was extremely willing to help, the Location is fantastic right on the main road, it can be a little noisy but not too bad, the rooster cafe is a pretty great feed along with the net connection excellent, the beach is literally at the end of the street. The hostel is pretty basic just the bedroom and bathroom, it could do with a make over, have stayed in far better but it was low-cost so you get what u pay for.

The room was clean and spacioous with air conditioning which was very welcome inside the heat! The employees were aware of our booking and had the room ready. The provided clean towels and safe lockers. It&'s in a exceptional position a brief walk from the beach and right inside the middle of all of the eating places and bars. They let us keep our bags safe inside the room after we were due to take a look at so that we could go on a boat trip.
