Hotel Principla is really central inside the center of Oaxaca! The personal is really friendly and helpful. The room in lived in had only a milk glass window, what makes the room less friendly, but keeps it cool, what can be a great advantage coming back from the heat in town.

The owner seemed to have limited knowledge (wasn't sure about cost for a taxi to the airport, etc) of some things that seemed basic. Young man working the desk when we got there was VERY good but he left to return to the States a few days before we did. After he left it was several different seemingly inexperienced people. Overall, the place was good and a great location.
