Friendly staff, nice and chilled but toilets could have done with far more regular cleaning

This place is stunning and most likely and up and coming place to stay at. the owner ran out of money but he is super warm and friendly and has fantastic plans. its a fantastic complex with a special style of accommodation. we had this cute little cabin. once this place is finished it will be a excellent place to stay in tulum

Nothing, the rooms weren&'t clean, and neither were the bathrooms. Staff were ok, but didn&'t know anything about the area or just chose not to help.

Location and facilities are not so bad. Eric was mostly also warm and friendly and would not get &"too close&" with guests.

Didn&'t uncover the problems with this spot others seem to have had. No cost wireless straightforward to use (no password), nice hot shower, power 24/7, cool laid back communal area, no shortage of toilet roll inside the lavs, free drinking water, free use of kitchen, quiet during the night (and my room was right near to the communal area), nice basic well-lit private rooms. Also, only a 2 minute walk to the high street where you can uncover pretty much anything you need.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very laid back, individuals can come and go as you please. The bathrooms are moderate. I would recommend if you are used to minimum facilities, and camping. The rooms have palapa style roofs, only fans and no a/c. They had wireless and the beds were comfortable.

This property is like a maze, it looks like everything is being added without a plan, it makes for a very special atmosphere. They have nice plants and kittens.

Offer clean rooms with convivial athmosphere, hamac in the room, share bathrooms are clean, lots of youth travelling, basic to find, bicycles for rent 30 pesos per days, the cheapest we saw
