Fairly affordable location to stay. Facilities were absolutely nothing special but fine for a few days. Web and wifi was included as was a decent sized breakfast.

Dorm was nice and clean, ladders on bunks were difficult to climb though. A/c kept the room cool all night. Wifi worked in the dorm also as the principal areas. Breakfast was awesome

Very warm and friendly staff, gratis breakfast within the morning. 2 blocks from the strip (av tulum) so more noiseless && laidback.

Lovely setting and pretty employees who speak English extremely well, which is useful. They are always willing to help which is nice. I was really ill when we arrived so they let us upgrade our room from a dorm to a private for only 50pesos so that I could get some rest which I really appreciated. Breakfast portions are huge and most of the food is lovely, but probably not fantastic if you&'re a fussy eater as there&'s only one option each day. For us this wasn&'t a problem though! Decent wi-fi but didn&'t always work inside the room. Hot and powerful showers 24/7 and comfy beds. Recommended.
