The location is great, the employees are really nice and also the hostel is impecably clean! This is one of the extremely best hostels I have ever stayed in.

There's not much to say about this place. I was there for two weeks and it was OK. The hostel is very clean and the building is very modern. It offers a communal computer with internet access but no Wi-Fi for your own laptop. They do make you pay all your stay in advance, so it may be wise to say you don't know how long you will be staying. A friend of mine wanted to leave a day early and transfer her pay to me; the first person we asked said that it was impossible, but we just asked again later that night to a manager and everything went smoothly. A sink in every room comes in very handy for doing your own laundry. Xalapa is not a very touristy city, at least not in the summer (as it is a university town) and therefore the hostel is almost empty. I practically had the six-bed room for myself through all my stay.

Friendly people, nice location, lady to do your laundry. only weakness was a less than real strong connection to activites/escursions in the area, but overall I really liked the place.
