Dorm beds extremely cheap. very good telephone and email communication. nice guests. there had been a misunderstanding (these items happen) along with the employees were extremely accomodating and flexible. very good plan B.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and it was a nice atmosphere inside the hostel. We liked that we were picked up at the train station inside the morning and we got help from the nice monk to go to a morning ceremony at Gandan khiid.
