Great hostel, really central location and the nicest, flexible and most helpful owners with a really personal atmosphere! They arrange fantastic tours and try their really best to realize all your wishes, even in a really short time! Definitely a location to stay!

The tours on offer are amazing. We went on a 5 day tour and we had the top time! There are lots of individuals staying here so it&'s straightforward to create new friends too.

Best hostel in ulaanbaatar, fantastic location and nice comfortable beds. employees speaks really great english and helpful. nice common room and kitchen. a great spot to meet prople from all ove the world.

The employees were super friendly and bent over backwards to help us arrange a tour out into the countryside. The atmosphere was good, with two common rooms, and they picked up and dropped us off at the station, which was really useful.

Just remember, there are 2 Golden Gobi locations. One has some things that the other does not. This one does not have wifi.

A warm friendly place. Reminds me of the old T. V. show "Cheers", a spot exactly where everyone knows your name. Its a spot exactly where positive energy is welcome and negativity is pushed out the door. During the day employees are busy guiding their guest, helping them find the perfect way to experience Mongolia. And during the night you will appreciate the laughter and enjoyment of a day nicely spent. The tours have the same flow of positive energy. The guides and drivers are among the nicest and most friendly individuals I met during my time in Mongolia. The food on their tours is delicious and surpasses most of the eating places found in UB. Tours are the really best of the really best in my opinionAfter bouncing around several different guesthouses and tour companies during my stay, there are none that can compare to the quality and service of the Golden Gobi.

Golden Gobi was amazing! Other backpakkers suggested me GG. It is the best cental spot to be in Ulanbaatar where you meet other individuals and have a fun stay! I staid at other hostels in UB before, but the Golden Gobi has been my best house far away from home, . by far! Individuals are so friendly, speak English, safe, great rooms, hot showers, Relax rooms, always tea or coffee in the living room, no cost internet and they are so helpfull with your journeys (experts in country journeys) or for other stuff you need help with.
