Montenegro Freedom Hostel

Really peaceful atmosphere, outstanding host who knew all about the history and traditions of the area and pointed out the highest bars and eating places for me. Location is a nice balance in between being within a sort walk to the beach and old town, whilst also being in a leafy suburb. Also really near to the bus station. Was clean and comfortable, along with the rooftop is great. Would stay again anytime.

After having seen a lot of hostels I can honestly say that the Freedom Hostel is the finest hostel I have ever stayed in. Nikola, the owner, is doing a great job. He is really friendly and gives you a lot of info about Budva (also places that are not so touristic) The setting in the hostel is great (cosy living room, superb music, large terrace). The hostel is also very superb located (really near to the bus station and to the beach).

My stay at Freedom hostel was simply great. It&'s a very nice place, close to the beach with extremely warm and friendly owner, who knows everything there&'s to know about Budva and Montenegro. Highly recommended!

This hostel was great, we had a blast here. Could not speak highly enough of the staff, they are brilliant and go out of there way to ensure their travelers needs are catered too. Good location- however little signage so just follow directions and dont doubt them as you are prob are inside the right place. You will enjoy your stay here!

The employees (Nicola and Ranko) was really warm and friendly and helpfull. Nicola organised some tours for me, provided me with a map of the town and told me where to go (best beach in Budva, cheap restaurant with a menue for just 3, 5 Euro, old town, . . ). I also got a welcome drink (Rakija). The location is quite good as it is really near to the bus station and in a noiseless area, maybe a bit faraway from the old town. There was a laptop with web for no cost use and also no cost breakfast, air-conditioned rooms, at all a really good value for money. The atmssphere was great, one of the most effective hostels I stayed.

Freedom hostel is the very best hostel, I've ever visited. Fantastic hosts who made my stay great - I felt like visiting great friends. Their hospitality, helpfulness, kindess, house made wine, great music make the hostel a very special place, where you can share your time with people from different cultures and countries and enjoy it. The Freedom Hostel is not only a the very best accomodation in Budva, but to start with a great relaxing place, which is hard to leave. Excellent job guys!
