Staff was extremely helpful and were extremely friendly. This is especially true for the reception and dining staff; I was extremely happy with the service they provided and how helpful they were with directions to the sites, etc. The breakfast was excellent.

This riad is really grand - the spa bit is pretty and we had a nosey at the expensive rooms which were totally stunning!

When you first enter the entrance hall of this glorious palace you simply will not believe your eyes! It is hard to imagine finding such a magnificent hotel for the price that this one offers. The staff were also amazingly warm and friendly and attentive and made the stay a pleasure. The standard rooms were not as grandiose as the rest of the palace, but this does not mean to say that they are not of an exceptional quality themselves. Completely treat yourself with a stay at the Palais.

When you first enter the entrance hall of this glorious palace you simply will not believe your eyes! It is hard to imagine finding such a magnificent hotel for the cost that this one offers. The employees were also amazingly friendly and attentive and made the stay a pleasure. The standard rooms were not as grandiose as the rest of the palace, but this does not mean to say that they are not of an exceptional quality themselves. Absolutely treat yourself with a stay at the Palais.

This place is absolutely stunning. We were actually speechless when we saw the courtyard and our mouths fell open when we saw out room. The word Palais in the name is no exaggeration. The place is luxurious, the pool fantastic on a hot day, breakfast fantastic. Can't recommend it enough. (If you're getting a taxi ask for Bab Ziat. Walk through the gate and turn left. Then turn right into the 2nd alleyway. This place is the door right at the end. )

This location is stunning. They have a outstanding pool and a rooftop that looks down onto the medina. The rooms are extremely cute. The extras such as the dinner are a little pricey. Also budget for 45 dirham local tax per person. Not sure if this is charged for each nightas we only stayed one night. They supply free mint tea on arrival, but beware they will charge for any extra mint tea offered.

The staff took a long time to show us to our room however service was better the following morning when we had breakfast. Also be prepared for an extra 'tax' charge which isn't included in the price advertised and cost us (roughly) an extra 8 quid.
