I liked that it is located next to a canal. So, you can sit outside the hostel, in front of the canal, at the hostel's picturesque and safe yard.

This hostel was one of the worst hostels I've been to. The younger employees were basically useless (the older ones who I assume were the owners were excellent). The room was "cleaned" early in the morning with no regard to the people sleeping in the room. When I did get up the washroom in the room still smelled like piss (so much for cleaning) and the only thing changed was that the garbage was gone. When we got there they offered us bike rental. The next morning we went to ride bikes but he was "too busy" to rent the bikes but said we could rent bikes at the train station near by. When we got to the train station there was no bike rental so we went back to the hostel and he finally took the 5 minutes out of his day to rent us the bikes. one of which had a flat tire. The bar closed before the posted time and to get in after 1 am you need to leave a deposit for a seperate key card. That makes no sense to me. Absolutely the worst customer service (from the younger employees) that I have ever seen.

I stayed here for one night. the rooms are very clean. its quite spacious. however its not a great place to meet ppl. the staff is very professional(a bit too much in my opinion). its a good place to stay for a couple of nights if you are looking to sleep only and not socialize.

One of the only places to stay cheaply in the town, it was basically standard all the way around but nothing extraordinary. Internet wasn't working when I was there and the kitchen was closed as well as the bar, and there's no laundry. But clean enough and close to the train station.

Clean rooms, good beds and a quiet bar to spend some nights during holidays. Apart from that, people are mostly willing to know each other and are totally respectful. Located in awesome cities, with nice staff and perfect English.

The location is fine for the HS station, but a little bit far from the city centre. very convenient that there is a tram station right in front of the hostel. but the poor breakfast and high price disappointed me! :(

Very very friendly and helpful staff, tram is just around the corner and some cool bars to hang out are just a few minutes away

Good location - a 10 minute walk to attractions, and very close to the station. Bathroom inside the room, and very adapted (stand, light and socket by the bed). Nice common areas, and had a library! Decent bar. Breakfast was included and was pretty good.

It was the cheapest we could find in the area but i styill think it was alittle expensive for staying in a dorm room.

Hostel is located very close to one of the main train stations - Den Haag HS - only 5 minutes walk. Bad thing is that district near train station is not very safe. I would not recommend to return to the hostel at night time. Another thing is - despite they have free shared luggage room, they don't have free lockers in rooms but only paid lockers in the hall/cellar.
