In my mind I can only give this location 1 star. At the core the bed was fine, the shower was fine, the employees were helpful, friendly, ready to speak English and they tried very hard given it is run by one family with two kids of their very own to look after.

Helpful and very nice staff, outstanding breakfasts, location close to the quarter Delfshaven (the old city, bars for locals) even though it is a little bit faraway from the city centre (approx. 30 minutes by foot)

My room whas modern day and clean, owners work all by there selve. very friendly and helpfull. greatest breakfast ever. Book a room in this place. Nice usefull documentation given, I meet a group 15 persons, they liked to stay in Baan hotel just as i did.
