One of the far better hostels in Auckland. Individuals aren&'t packed into small rooms.

The surrounding location is beautiful, so close to Mt Eden. Warm and friendly staff that first put us in a 8 bed dorm even though we&'d paid for a 4. When we pointed this out, we directly got to change to a twin room, to a prize of the 4 bed dorm.

If you are searching for out of the town, yet not so far and nice atmosphere, this location would be good. Especially who has a car.

Excellent place! Clean and nice! Loved Mount Eden Village! Maybe the best hostel I have stayed at over the last 10 year!

The employees is really friendly, some really nice long term tenants, close to a shopping street for all your basic needs and about a 20 minute walk from a discount marketplace for long term stays.
