Alan, the property owner is extremely friendly and helpful Ưn terms of providing local information. Good being able to leave your bags there each the day just before and soon after your stay so that you can explore Christchurch. Comfortable bed and clean facilities.

Alan and Keiko are pretty friendly persons and try their best to create you really feel like home, their home is pretty cozy and small, the atmosphere calm and relaxing. You can always prepare your own food which saves you a lot of money. Tea and coffee at the same time as WI-FI are included in the price!

Free washing machine, and loads of no cost food and condiments! Also extremely homey after having spent 3 months in hostels, was a nice change for a few days :)

Very homey atmosphere, makes YHA hostels look industrial. Everything was clean and tidy. They have you leave your shoes when you enter, but walking barefoot on the carpet is actually relaxing.

Enjoyed my night at this lovely and very warm and friendly house. They have got a beautifull garden where people can relax, kitchen and other facilities are in a very good condition. Alan and Keiko are very warm and friendly and give you advise and directions where ever you wish to go. Excellent service. thank you very much :-)
