Very cute hostel! Well-stocked kitchen with dishware and other amenities, large communal region with tables for eating, couches for hanging out, etc. Queen bed was really comfortable

Awesome staff - owner of the place was very nice and friendly. Gave us a nice tour of the facility. Numerous rooms were open, so she gave us a choice of rooms. The room was clean and had a view of the ocean. Towels were provided for free. The public location was really quaint and conducive to meeting other travelers. Open cooking area and eating/lounging area. Numerous fridges and cooking area appeared to be well-stocked with cooking tools.

Loved the birdsong decoration along with the fact that the rooms are named soon after New Zealand birds. Cozy couches in the common area, a excellent view of the coast for sunset and warm and friendly staff.

Have a amazing stay. Owner Kerry was so warmth welcoming. Really clean and has own characteristic hostel that I would definitely return for 2nd time (and for longer stay as well! )

The room we stayed in was extremely nice as nicely as the kitchen/living location is lovely. The owners were actually away while we were there but the people looking following the place were extremely friendly and helpful with everything!
