Rooms were small but good. bed was nicely soft. warm and friendly employees the cooking area is cleaned EVERY noon. (at that time it is closed for guests. ) large lounge with television (in the corner, so not visible properly from each seat) a fantastic view over the lake Tekapo from inside the lounge. a large communical cooking area and dining area. outside: picknick tables. room for tents and/or campers (limited space) very considerate: a small convenience shop at the reception. and on walking distance: several souvenir shops, eating places and a grocery shop.

The view! I sat inside the lounge area inside the evening and looked across the turquoise lake, stunning! Very good location, not far from the shops or from the hot springs.

Awesome location, right by Lake Tekapo. the wall-to-ceiling window has a attractive view on the lake :)

A good view of the scenic Lake Tekapo from the lounge. Fantastic spot for a stopover in case you are traveling from Christchurch to Queenstown (or vice versa).
