Cleanliness is the most essential thing for me when booking a property and I was really pleased to discover the room spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic too as we were attending WOMAD which is just 10 mins walk away. The reception staff were pretty - very warm and friendly and helpful and clearly wanted to ensure visitors had a pleasant stay.

The employees were really helpful, although really slow to book us in, as it was a significant event weekend, {Womad) in Taranaki and numerous of us arrived at the same time. At other times when assistance was needed they were really supportive and accommodating. Near to the venue (womad), though not the five minutes it claimed in advertising a lot more like 10 to 15 minutes. Safety was great at the actual facility, but lacked lighting for a large component of the walk to the lodging down a long driveway, late during the night this was a bit of an issue.
