On arrival we were up-graded from a 10 bed dorm to a private room at no extra expense to us, the room was awesome with a double bed, television and kettle! The employees could not have been friendlier and I would highly recommend this hostel to everyone! There is certainly also a hot pool which we swam in for hours as it was so warm! Exceptional hostel!

The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind. The location was really good, close to town and everything that Rotorua had to offer! I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back :)

No bunk beds! Extremely outstanding value for money. En suite bath rooms are clean with outstanding shower. Good size kitchen, although I can see how fridge space may be an issue during busy times. Nice staff, location is outstanding - really close to a geothermal park and about a five min walk to the centre.

I booked a twin room for two persons and we get a 4 bed room ensuite for the two of us due to the fact all twin rooms were occupied. Excellent for us!
