Its really near to Sandy Row - one of the primary loyalist areas in Belfast covered with exciting political murals (and a shop selling protestant/unionist memorabilia). PS: Dont wear a green shirt while walking around the area, orange is the preferred color.

We have stayed there twice now, and we will totally go back again, the spot is spotless, the cafe is superb, the location is perfect. the rooms are basic but suits us as we only sleep in them, and across the road a really welcoming pub called the Royal.

We only stayed one night so didn't get use of all facilities but it was clean, comfortable and close to the bus/train station. Helpful staff available 24 hours which was good when we left at 5am for a flight!
