Clean and great facilities. Tv and Bathroom in room. No noise from the trains outside and good cooking facilities. Buses right outside the door to Hajfell and trains to Kvitfjell. Only issue is no alcohol in common room and therefore, people stuck to drinking in their rooms. No social atmosphere. but this could be the time we travelled

The Lillehammer Hostel was very clean and nice; it's more like a hotel than a hostel. It's also rather pricey, but it's very difficult to compare this with other hostels since Norway is all-around much more expensive than the rest of Europe. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a skiing/snowboarding getaway while in Norway.

The location is great, near the train station. I had a room for myself, even if I booked a bed in a dorm. All the rooms have TV and private bath. The breakfast was very good. The Internet is free and you can spend hours if you want. The girls from the hostel are very friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a shared kitchen for preparing food, and wonderful breakfast buffet and the possibility to pack a lunch from the breakfast offering.
