Friendly employees with very good info. a lot of tours on supply and bus transfers. very good location, wireless very very good in my room aswell. would recommed and stay again.

Fresh brewed coffee, friendly staff, excellent beds and location. I really enjoyed my time here at Bothy. It was noiseless and extremely clean. The employees are cleaning constantly. All of the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I ended up with a dorm and bathroom to myself which was extremely nice. I would suggest this location to anyone and plan on staying here on my way back through Arequipa. Breakfast (pancakes and fruit) is served on thier rooftop patio with a nice view of the city and surrounding volcanoes.

Fresh brewed coffee, warm and friendly staff, exceptional beds and location. I really enjoyed my time here at Bothy. It was noiseless and really clean. The employees are cleaning constantly. All of the employees are exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. I ended up with a dorm and bathroom to myself which was really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on staying here on my way back through Arequipa. Breakfast (pancakes and fruit) is served on thier rooftop patio with a nice view of the city and surrounding volcanoes.

The staff at Bothy's were amazing! everything we asked of them was done straight away and they were always warm and friendly and pleased to help. Just before taking a shower, I asked about the hot water and they always turned it on for me. They made us really feel really welcome at all times! There is a great movie room to watxh the dvds that they loan you.

The staff at Bothy&'s were amazing! everything we asked of them was done straight away and they were often friendly and pleased to help. Before taking a shower, I asked about the warm water and they often turned it on for me. They made us feel extremely welcome at all times! There is a fantastic movie room to watxh the dvds that they loan you.

Overall average hostel. Warm and friendly employees and cute dog, but some of the bath rooms are in serious need of face lift / clean. Saying you are a listed building is not an excuse to avoid fixing exposed electrics, and grubby bath mould. Pancakes for breakfast are refreshing change for some, but fruit would be welcome. Please please don&t play the music so loud in the morning in the bar / reception!
