Very warm and friendly owner. Really nicely kept and spacious rooms. Location is in a nicely to do area, so leafy, very nice environment and safe. Strongly suggested to anyone if staying in Arequipa

Great clean place with really hot water, cable tv, wifi, super nice owner, pretty outstanding bfast included. Located about 10 minutes outside of center in a gated neighborhood (so really safe).

More of a hotel than a hostel. The El Carmen region where the hotel is situated has a reputation of being rough according to a taxi cab driver and a hostal owner that we spoke to, especially at night. We didnt have any problems during our stay though. The central plaza is about a 20 minute walk. Exceptional hot showers and cable tv.

Exceptionally clean and extremely helpful staff. The room was large and nicely maintained and decorated. It was 15 mins walk from center though and in a extremely noiseless neighbourhood.

Very clean with cable TV, employees extremely friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to stores and 10 min walk to primary square. Would recomend for someone looking for a quite place to relax out for a few days.
