This hotel was an averagely good ** hotel, clean and efficient but what made our stay excellent was the staff. Having travelled for the past 9 months, I have to say that Patricio is the most helpful, informative hotel staff member we have come across. Everything from buying our bus tickets to Cusco whilst we were visiting Colca Canyon, to recommending the excellent tour in the first place. Thank you!

The people who work here are great. Patricio, the manager, speaks English very well and he is very accomodating. You can also leave your luggage here free of charge while you go trekking in the Colca canyon and breakfast is included - juice, tea, bread and butter and jam. Another luxury is cable tv. But I didn't feel the hostel was that clean, and I was getting bitten by bugs during my stay. Also the area surrounding the hostel does not feel that safe.
