Inexpensive but it hit all the boxes - private bathroom, lounge area, yard area, exceptional breakfast, warm and friendly staff, close to downtown.

Alex was really friendly and helpful. I had food poisoning and Alex gave me suggestions on what would make me feel better. Soon after doing what she advised, I felt greater the next day. The breakfast is amazing, one of the extremely best we have had so far and the wireless was the extremely best we have had inside the whole of SA. They sell the cheapest beer and soft drinks we have seen in any hostel and the back garden is really nice for relaxing on a hot day.

A real oasis for relaxing a few days in Peru. Clean, secure with superb service by the owner, a garden with hammocks. The breakfast is also extensive (juice, coffee, cereals, yoghurt, fruits etc. ).

Amazing hostel! super clean, large room, awesome breakfast, extremely helpful employees that assisted us in booking the next portion of our trip. speedy laundry washing service. felt a lot more like a hotel/bed and breakfast than a hostel. definitely recommend!

Alex, the Dutch owner, was super friendly and helpful, providing us with all sorts of information about Arequipa (supermarkets, restaurants, travel agencies), climbing volcanoes and Colca Canyon. The tosti&'s are also really good, in case you want a taste of Holland :) Breakfast is really nice, with fresh bread, different kinds of yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, butter, jam, ham and cheese, milk, coffee, tea, juice and fruit. The rooms are very nice and clean - beds are made each and every day, bathrooms are cleaned each and every day also and each and every 2 days you get fresh sheets and towels. I liked having a private bathroom for a change. Location is on a primary street, about 10 minutes walking form Plaza de Armas, but it&'s really effortless to get to from the bus terminal, so that was a plus. Wish we could&'ve stayed longer and a huge &"dank je wel&" to Alex!

Alex, the manager has been amazing honest and helpful throughout our stay! She even let us store our bags in a room and use that room for showering etc, right up until we had to leave for our night bus. The hostel is clean, the breakfast is filling and a nice change from the usual white bread and jam, and also the location being a little walk from the center is nice and quiet.

I loved this hostel. We arrived early and they not only let us check in early, but gave us breakfast whilst we waited. The staff were really warm and friendly and helpful. There&'s also a lovely garden with hammocks. It&'s a little further out of town than some hostels, but it&'s definitely worth the few minutes extra walk.
