Very friendly and helpful staff. We got up late first morning so thought we had missed breakfast, but the smiley girl who tended to serve breakfast had kept some aside and waited for us to get up - fantastic service.

Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely, great views and really snug on the cold cusco nights. All round a really homely hostel where I would certainly stay again.

Great hostel, owner was extremely helpful. rooms are spacious with small ensuites. at the time of our stay there was a problem with the hotwater but the owner did everything she could to get it sorted. very quite, one of the very best sleeps ive had in south america! san blas is a wonderful spot, not far from the plaza but far enough away not to be pestered by individuals shouting "paintings" and "massages Miss"! close to many restuarants and Jacks cafe.

Rooms are decent and clean, employees are accommodating but you are charged 5sol to use the cooking area which has really minimal equipment and no garbage bin, warm water was also intermittent - seems like the owners were keeping the gas for their own personal use. It&'s a lot more expensive to book online too

The hostess is REALLY friendly and makes you feel home (even when you arrive in the MIDDLE of the night. damn roadblocks)
