Simple but nice location atop Cuzco, 10 minutes to the Plaza de Armas and quite close to Saqsaywaman (20 - 30 min). But do not underestimate the stairs you have to climb if you come from the city center.

This hostle comes with an remarkable view, we were surprised to find out bedroom came with an en-suite, and it was really nicely furnished. No cost tea all day long was a beautiful touch and amazing to only be 5 mins to the primary square. The climb back up on an evening was good preperation for the inca trail.

I think this was a wonderfull hostel to stay in, specialy due to the fact i am traveling alone as a woman, it was essential to me to really feel safe and easy. and obviously that has alot to do with a really warm and friendly employees that was really helpfull with any information i needed. The rooms a really comfortable and beautiful, and they are making mosaic art in each and every room to bring a lot more (colour) to the envirement which looks so good. there were no problems with either cleaniness or hot shower, and obviously i loved that they had a properly operating wireless all around the hostel. also there exactly where a really cool setting in between the other travellers there. I defintely recommend pukaventana, and i will be going back there as soon as i come back from bolivia. thanks alot Puka

The view from the terrace was amazing. The guys running the hostel were friendly. We extended our stay and took a 2 day trip to Aguas Caliente in the middle of our stay and they stored our backpacks for free and ensured we had a room on our return.
