So several things! It was really clean, the wifi was stable, there was a large common area with movies, the beds were comfy, and the shower had AMAZING water pressure. best shower we took in our two months in Peru. Also, the employees was super friendly, especially Amy. she called the bus station for us, got us a taxi cab on two occasions, spoke outstanding English, and generally went above and beyond the call of duty. Would extremely suggest staying here.

Very lovely warm and friendly staff. Very good breakfast included. Wondeful hot and powerful shower. Stunning roof terrace. All round excellent facilities.

I never had a hostel with both extremely comfortable beds (I often woke up thinking I was at home! ) and such a nicely equipped kitchen. They had an oven, a blender, microwave, etc. really great for individuals who want variety in their cooking. The showers were hot, there was a surround sound system in the living room with a book full of DVDs, as properly as the breakfast was pancakes in the week and fresh fruits in the weekend! Everything is so clean and so new, I felt like we were in total luxury. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location might not be exactly in the middle of Cusco, but it is far more quiet and it has a nice low-cost supermarket near to it.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the guys from the hostel bar also enjoyable company. That was one of the reasons, the environment was so nice. The other reason was the look of the hostel, which was a lot more like a private house - really nice to hang out. The pancake breakfast is amazing: crispy thin pancakes with cut up fruit and as much maple sirup as you wish for! Booked for four nights and ended up staying there for nearly two weeks.
