Peruvian-family run hostel with large rooms, hot water and a welcome atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone heading to Huaraz. They also pick you up and drop you off at the bus station - nice bonus!

The owners are all really warm and friendly and helpful, the one day trek I did with them was really very good and there was a no cost breakfast.

The household running this hostel made the stay so pleasurable together with piping hot water and exceptional breakfast. The employees were really warm and friendly and helpful ( they went out of their way to sit down with us, draw maps and plan our trip on the santa cruz trek which we wanted to do on our own instead of through a company) even though they run there own tour facilities. Wonderful location to rent equipment too.
