Mirabel the owner was really helpful. The location was finished to a really high standard and was extremely clean. Excellent breakfast. Only 5 mins walk to main square.

The spot was spotlessly clean and as they moved to their current building only 5 months ago it&'s all new and shiny. The room was big, as was the bathroom (with a lot of hot water). The lady who runs the hostel is totally fantastic, helping arrange onward transportation and providing a wealth of info about what to do within the surrounding area. We would have stayed an extra night here if we could.

Mirabel was very helpful and arranged 2 tours for us which were each really good. Rom was spotless, bathroom is the very best we have seen in SA with hot strong showers. This spot is more like a hotel than a hostel.

Maribel is extremely warm and friendly and welcoming. The hostel didnt have a lot of guests when I stayed but she was extremely nice and chatty whenever I came in. She is helpful in arranging tours and lets you use the facilities whilst waiting for a late night bus soon after check out. The hostel itself was extremely clean and kept securely.

There is free pick-up from the bus station. Meribel, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me to book the Nazca flight and my next hostel in Arequipa at extremely reasonable rates. The bed inside the dorm is extremely comfy and there is certainly hot shower inside the attached bathroom. The entire location is kept extremely clean all of the time. Even though I booked two nights, she let me cancel one night with no extra charge after I realized that I could take the night bus to Arequipa. Whilst awaiting the night bus, I could use their wifi, washroom and charge my electronic appliances for free.

Maybe I was the only guest on that night. I owned the whole dorm! It was a clean and secure place. Maribel and her family was so nice and they often smile which make me feel warm. Soon after flying over the nazca lines inside the morning I was so sick and decided to take a rest inside the hostel. The have a look at time was 12:00 so I can only sit on the sofa, but it was comfortable enough.

Incredibly friendly and helpful lady meribel who works there. she was pleased to help wherever she could and is extremely knowlegeable about tours, hostels and places for your onward journey. nice roof terrace with both sunny and shaded spots for chilling out. room extremely new and incredibly clean, pretty bathroom with hot shower at all times. no cost pick up from the bus station and good communication regarding this from meribel, despite me only booking the evening before

The property is in a exceptional location, the room was noiseless along with the mattress brand new. The girl who ran the hostel is a star, very very helpful and always smiley, made our Nasca Line plane tour very easy.
