The spot was clean as well as the employees was really warm and friendly giving us directions to where ever we asked. The hotel is about a block from the center square and to shops, grocery stores, and tour bookers. The hotel also included breakfast which is provided beginning at 6am for people who have to leave early.

Great spot with superb staff. Even after we checked-out, they held our bags and let us use the internet. Rates are really reasonable and the breakfast is fantastic with eggs!

Very warm and friendly staff. and it was nice to have the small heater for the cold Puno nights. Also, having warm water whenever we had a shower was really satisfying.

Simply the very best spot I ever stayed in Peru. I am doing a RTW trip, but currently I am with my family and they demand a spot over the usual backpackers hostel dorm (where I normally stay). This was priced as a normal backpackers but it is a proper 3 star hotel. Just unbelievable!
