Centrally located on the major thoroughfare. Near to most of the traveler stuff. Employees are warm and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is certainly plenty of warm water for the shower. The wi fi even works on the 4th floor. Breakfast is basic, but good. The place is safe and secure.

Great hotel with clean, comfy and great sized rooms and bathrooms with warm water 24 hours a day and portable heaters for the cold nights. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice room, great location, just up from the pedestrianised bit, so great for evening eats and drinks. great breakfast, served early to accomodate the excursion begin times. great wifi, nice and strong signal in room two flights up! additioanl heating was obtainable overnight, small oil fired radiators but took the edge off!

The spot was clean as well as the employees was really warm and friendly giving us directions to where ever we asked. The hotel is about a block from the center square and to shops, grocery stores, and tour bookers. The hotel also included breakfast which is provided beginning at 6am for people who have to leave early.

Great spot with superb staff. Even after we checked-out, they held our bags and let us use the internet. Rates are really reasonable and the breakfast is fantastic with eggs!

Very warm and friendly staff. and it was nice to have the small heater for the cold Puno nights. Also, having warm water whenever we had a shower was really satisfying.
