Great location and cooking area offered for use. Spacious, clean rooms, each with their very own bathroom (though not attached). Hot water 24/7. Fantastic spot to meet new people. Centrally situated but not too loud. I would definitely go back and highly suggest it.

There was some confusion about my reservation, but everything was taken care of. They helped me locate a tour I wanted and let me hang out until my bus left.

There are 8 rooms and 6 bathrooms, so almost everybody practically have their own toilet and shower. Spot is very safe and secure along with the owner is very helpful. She also speaks English. Location is good, near the center and Cruz del Sur bus terminal and busses to Chan Chan and Huanchaco. Great kitchen and coffee and tea accessible all day, if you boil your own water. We stayed there first one night, but decided to stay one more, and soon after visiting Huanchaho we came back for one much more night. Extra plankets available.

The lady that runs the location stayed up late waiting on me to check in. I had forgot to put the check-in time on my reservation, so I think she was waiting around all day until I finally rang the door bell at 11PM. The rooms are nice enough and the wifi is fast. The bus station is walking distance if you have a map and the plaza de armas is as well. There&'s a bus out front to Chan Chan for 1. 50 Soles.

The owner spoke very good English and was very helpful with maps and information. It was also probable to check in very early in the morning.
