The hotel may have been constructed inside the 60&'s. needs alittle TLC, over all outstanding value for the money. 24hr. reasturant, food excellent, huge rooms, cable for computers in rooms. outstanding place. I&'m extending my stay here. would stay here again.

The rooms are always comfortable and affordable, good value for money. the employees are enjoyable and accommodating. the neighborhood is nice too, enjoyable individuals inside the vicinity, even the tricycle riders are nice.

Very good value - and I stayed by myself in a room for two. Pool and 24 hour bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. I ended up having most of my meals and drinks in the hotel (outside by the pool) which I don't normally; but with beers about $1 and meals under $5 and such a pleasent setting - why not Also there was a free hourly shuttlebus into town between 1pm and midnight.

Its a reasonable priced hotel, not a hostel, the hotel has everything that you might need for your stay, a extremely friendly staff, refridgerator, air conditioning, cold and hot water, reasonable fast internet access, 756 k download 360 k upload. An excellent restaurant, the food is far more then sufficient, usually could only eat half. Very tasty and a multitude of different foods. A reasonable large swimming pool. So what could you possible want more.

It is my third time to stay at the ponderosa. I like it simply because the rooms are reasonably priced yet really comfortable. the employees are kind and helpful and friendly. It is close enough to the points to do without being within the middle of them. I like how they have redone the office region and having access to the net on site is a bonus. I never took advantage of it, but I think it is also excellent that they have tour advise accessible too. I may make use of it in future stays.
